504 Gateway Time-out

Just wondering if others are getting the ‘504 Gateway Time-out’ locking out from the THS website?

Deleting cookies doesn’t help and it doesn’t happen on any other website I use, so switching browsers shouldn’t be necessary. THS claims the fault is at my end, but my tech advise is that it is way more likely to be the overloaded website server.

I don’t expect complaining is going to change anything, but I’m curious as to how widespread the problem is. It affects the ability to apply quickly to sits.

Yep this. Definitely. Wait a bIt and try again. That’s always cleared it up for me.

I had this on my laptop, I couldn’t solve it then I briefly turned the VPN off and it worked fine. THS website on my phone always works ok.

I use the website on iPads and don’t remember ever having that issue.

Yep on this. Some VPN services don’t work well with certain websites. I’ve encountered timeout problems that were cleared up by switching to a different VPN service or switching the VPN off.

I’m getting the same issue or “400 Bad Request” when clicking on any THS listing, and I’m not on any VPN, so…! Not sure what’s going on here.

Clear browser cache. Not the same as deleting cookies.
