Just got an email to say that both sitter and HO will be charged a £9 fee for every sit from the date of the sitter’s policy renewal.
Where on earth did that come from? It could add up to as much as membership over the course of a year. It seems that premium members won’t be charged, so presumably THS want us all to upgrade…
Reactions? Anyone think this is reasonable?

No one is happy about it, and lot of people are cancelling their membership.
Ah sorry, I did have a look but didn’t see that thread. I thought it was odd there wasn’t one already…
