Action Stations!

So I’ve had a few emergencies in my time with pets… the worst was have an elderly, over excited,

pet about to go out on a walk, die in front of me!
I saw this advisory procedure for choking and thought it would be good to share with the group. I’ve never had to use it myself..yet!
I’m guessing this could be easily adapted for cats too?
Please comment if you have any further advice in emergency situations or would like to share your own experiences with life threatening events!

This is a good graphic. Thanks you for sharing it. Oprah Winfrey who is a big dog lover had about 4 dogs many years ago. Her assistant was with them and one chocked on a squeaky from a dog squeaky toy he was playing with. Unfortunately he died. This information is very helpful.
