Can anyone please tell me how to add a now unused home owner profile to my current petsitter profile.
We’ve had a sudden change of circumstances and need to find an urgent (competent!) sitter.

You can’t just exchange a sitter for a host account, there’s no button to click or whatever. You will need to contact member services and ask if you can either switch from sitter to host account or do a combined membership.
I don’t know. It will probably depend on how long ago you have your owner expired. If it’s not too long, you will probably get it back once you have paid to upgrade for combined membership. You can do that going to settings, then membership, then manage my membership, you will get the tier options for sitters and, at the top, you have the combined option.
