My sitter told me she needed to cancel on Sunday, 11/30, for a sit that starts today, 12/4. I did speak with “Misty” via chat, unconfirmed sitter, relisted dates - no takers and I had to resort to Rover. I have emailed Member Support multiple times since Sunday with no response, including my most recent email stating I will be filing a claim and need the paperwork mentioned in the T&C. I sent the receipt from Rover as well as screenshots of the sitter’s messages. Is this normal to get no response at all?

I have been in contact with Membership Services and they have informed me that they are actively dealing with your case and you should be hearing from them very soon, so please do keep a look out for an email from them.
