Looks like a great sit and lovely home! I would change the heading to something more appealing - Sweet Lab in Hampshire Village. Make the first picture the cute picture of your dog (13th pic close-up with a couple of white chairs to her right), then the second picture of your beautiful home.
Also in the Home & Location section you mention the sitter will have a double bedroom, and then the amenities list a king bed. That’s confusing for me, but I’m not from the UK. A double bed in the US is very small and would not be suitable for a couple so if there really is a King bed, I suggest to edit your words describing the bedroom.
The need for a car might be keeping you from getting more applications If there’s a possibility of you sharing in the cost of a rental or offering a vehicle, it’s something to consider. As you know, there are risks with lending your car. I would remove the bit about “a car is recommended” and leave the rest – Public transport is limited BUT ADD what is available. Uber? Taxi? Bus stop 10 min walk? They can borrow your bike? Anything that would be useful to someone without a car.

I think it’s likely a competition thing, lots of sits to choose from. Yours is definitely one we would like, sadly the dates do not align. We would hire a car, not everyone is up for this so yes that is probably the one downside.
@MTBer A double bedroom in the UK just means it can take bigger than a single bed. It’s the size of the bedroom, rather the size of the bed. Anyone travelling to a country different to their own would do well to view the post below, especially the image at the second entry:
Also, it’s way too early for the listing to be in the Last Minute Sits. Community Rules states 7 days before start, whereas category description shows 10 days. Either way, it’s too soon.
Hi Susanna, I think your listing looks great. I would not actually change a thing. I would also have though that there would be enough sitters based in the UK, who have their own vehicle, so no need to worry about any car rental etc.
If the dates did not clash with other commitments, I would have been very interested in applying. Good luck.
I wouldn’t change anything as I think you have a lovely house and dog! And you have great reviews already so clearly a great sit.
I just wanted to say that her little bed inside the press looks super cute and might be worth putting as the first pic? I’ve never seen such a sweet little dog home that lets them participate in either a kitchen or a laundry room life and gives them so much privacy at the same time!

Looks like a lovely sit. Labradors are always brilliant company. Your pics, description & expectations for Kwalli are all great. As a sitter could manage with the hourly bus, the bike, food delivery and the local pub, I’d remove the “not accessible by public transport” tag as you may get more applicants that way and then you can talk options. Maybe someone who’s a WFHer or just wants a break in a new spot. #bestofluck
Your listing is perfect, and not to worry about the car or the bedroom details, people from the UK will understand perfectly, and will also very likely have a car!
I too think this is a great listing and have actually favourited it (but can’t do your dates). I have family in the area but don’t live close by so if I’m invited to stay with any of them for a weekend it makes sense to dovetail that with a sit in a lovely house with a lovely pet. Good luck for July, I can’t see any reason why you wouldn’t get several applicants.
A final thought; whilst plenty of UK applicants will have their own transport I don’t think the twice weekly bus service (well, 4 x as it’s twice each of those days) should put people off - except if they needed to get Kwali to the vet in an emergency. Might it be worth adding that your emergency contacts would be able to assist in this case, presuming they could?
Looks great to me. No changes needed imo but like someone else said cute photo of Kwali in dog bed maybe priority. We’ve done a sit near you and it was great. There’s lots to do. The fact Kwali can be left as long as she can is big plus. Some owners say only up to two hours, which I give a wide berth to. Think it’s just very competitive market, there’s loads of sits. But you’ve got a desirable sit - lovely dog in lovely area so hope you get a great sitter soon.

Lot’s a good info; things that jump out at me (not being from your country) what does “N.b.” mean? You mentioned taxis are available, but what about Uber? Do taxis in your area take credit cards? You mentioned the bicycles; I would be curious as to car traffic competing with the road; you also mentioned sidewalks for dog walks, but do those sidewalks also lead to the nearby shop? The details of the bus are also good, but maybe the times would be helpful.
Ultimately, your post is attractive and many of the questions I posed could be asked in the interview.

@PV592 in this instance, the footpaths mentioned in the listing are not sidewalks (which I understand to be paved walkways beside roads). The UK has a huge network of rights of way through the countryside - footpaths across fields, through woodlands and so on. Quite different to sidewalks! The OP has said that the nearest shop is 2.6 miles away.
Your sit looks lovely. As others have said the main downside is that it’s quite remote which is an issue for a sitter without a car. Will local supermarkets deliver to your house? If not could you offer to get groceries in for a sitter without transport and they pay you back?
