# Anyone in Portland, OR October 8-17th?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be sitting in Portland starting this week through the 17th. I’d love to meet up with fellow sitters in the area whether it be for food/coffee/tea or checking out some of the many cool places that Portland has to offer. I work remotely so a co-working meet up is also welcomed.

I’m particularly interested in foodie spots / food tours, metaphysical/woo-woo shops, parks or easy hikes in beautiful areas (or hikes to waterfalls), or Hood River Fruit Loop, just to name a few ideas. I’m not much of a drinker but am down for a good tiki bar or a well crafted cocktail, too.

I live in Portland but am currently in CA (on a dog sit!).

There are lots of nice places for food, a fancy cocktail or coffee. There are lots of nice hikes, parks, waterfalls.  
There are also lots of fun shops. Not sure what you are into, but Cargo in SE Portland is really fun.

The weather has been great! Hopefully it will hold, but it usually gets rainy by mid-October.
