Tried to open several sit listings and got this:
400 Bad Request

Sorry to hear that you’ve been getting this error message.
Are you still having the same issue? If so, can you let me know if this is happening on Mac or PC, and which operating system you’re using e.g Windows or Safari?
Jenny
@PeripateticPam, hopefully you got it working. Otherwise, here’s a few troubleshooting tips if using THS via an app. If using a desktop browser then update of device OS and general app OS still apply.
You need to contact support@trustedhousesitters.com for this issue @Skylos
@Skylos This happens sometimes … for no apparent reason (or ev due to reloading the page too many times)
Close THS tab(s) and log in again
Thanks for the advice @august…
I’ll contact the support team as I couldn’t fix it yet ![]()
Thanks @temba, I’ll do that!
I am afraid THS support will not be able to help you. All they can say is to clear the cache.
This happens to me quite often when I extensively look for specific sits - rebooting the same page many times a day. The only way to pass by the “looks like something went wrong” error is
added
P.S.
this error only shows on THS search pages, which makes me think THS might be blocking it purposely to hinder potential bots from rebooting
Try a different browser. The top 3 are Edge, Firefox and Chrome.
Odds are it will resolve the issue.
If not try accessing your profile using the app on a smartphone.
Thanks @august!
I opened Incognito and worked.
So I started checkign tutorials about clearing cache/data on Chrome.
Testing it at the moment but at least I can scroll down and enter to sits.
THANKS!
Thanks Prissie, it work on the phone, just not so easy to plan a trip that way ![]()
Clearing the cache worked apparently. Chrome.
Thanks for your help!
