Beta Group

Me and my husband have joined the co-sitters Beta Group, and have both been verified. I just looked at overlapping a sit (only 24hrs), which is supposed to be one of the benefits of the group, but I’m being told “you’re busy on these dates”.
Has any other new Beta Group members been able to overlap any sits yet?
The Help Bot also replied that Beta Group members cannot overlap sits. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I think it said the overlap should be working on the website but not yet on the App

When I looked a couple of days ago it wasn’t working for us either, I just figured it wasn’t up and running properly yet, but I’ve no idea.

Thanks. Maybe someone from THS might see this and let us know what’s happening. I thought it was starting back in April.

Yes, we have been able to overlap a sit but applied for it on the website, so I am not sure about using the app.

I’m using the website too, not the app. So, you have been able to apply for a sit that starts on eg: the 14th, when your sit finishes on the 15th?

The end of sit 1 and the start of sit 2 were on the same day and I was able to apply for the second sit, which wasn’t possible in the current version.

It’s always been possible to do this . We have completed several confirmed sits that started the day another ended . We have two more coming up this month and next .
(We are not part of the Beta group )

THS member services and those running the. Beta test trial don’t read the forum . To contact them ask to speak to an agent through LIVE CHAT ask to speak to a human .

All our sits finish and start on the same day, we’ve always been able to do that. But it’s the overlap by one day that we want to do. This is supposed be a feature of the Beta Group.

UPDATE - As of today I am now able to apply for overlapping sits, by one day! Not sure why all of a sudden, but maybe someone was listening :smiley:

Is this on the App , website or both ?

I just tried the app and it doesn’t work on there. So, I went back to the website, and now it doesn’t on there. It did earlier! Don’t know what’s going on. I received an email from THS this morning saying this new feature is ready to test.

There’s another thread about the Beta test which forum admin are responding to - maybe you should also post this issue that you are experiencing on there ….

Thanks, I will have a look. I’ve also just been ‘chatting with a human admin person’ and they are looking into it for me.

Yea. I just tested it too. And no longer working on the website (nor the app.) Trying to give feedback via Customer support was excrutiating. :man_facepalming: Surely we should have some dedicated portal to do so. Thats what we always did when developing/testing software. The comms around the project have been less than optimum, to put it kindly.

I do not want to speak too soon and am touching wood, but….it seems to be working on the app. :smiley::crossed_fingers:

It’s letting me overlap by 2 days on the app.
