So sometimes I need or would like to check something in archived messages. I can do it on the website but not on the app, no matter how much I touch/press/scream, it won’t let me into the archive. Had no trouble doing it in the past but last few weeks it doesn’t work. On android phone. Any suggestions? ---

Hi @ziggy That sounds frustrating! I have passed the details over to the Tech team and asked if this is a bug. I’ll let you know if I get anything back from them. If anyone else has experienced the same, it’d be good to know. Jenny ---

I just checked on my app with Android phone and it worked. Upon entering the inbox, I don’t see the Archived messages header unless I swipe down a bit and then I tap on the right-pointing arrow and voila! Otherwise, I find exiting the app often works (not even needing to close it or uninstall/reinstall) or a phone restart. It is a quirky one. ---

@MaggieUU thanks you. Yes, that’s what I normally do without any issues but now even that is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried shutting down and restarting, done exactly as you do but it still doesn’t work. No idea 🤷 ---

Hello! Just popping my head in to say that this has been confirmed and raised as a bug - I will keep you updated once I know more 🙂 I’m off on annual leave next week so I’ll tag @Mark_B and see if he can keep an eye on any progress while I’m away! Jenny ---
