How do people feel having relatives popping in whilst your at work when cat sitting? I’m
It’s against the rules. Someone else will have the exact section of the T&Cs that covers that on hand. Or just search the forum. This comes up a lot.

I will ensure my home is vacated for my sitter throughout the duration of the sit, with no third parties present other than my confirmed sitter.

In any case, it’s against the rules. Remind the H/O of this and ask them to stop these visits.
If they knock, don’t answer. If they have their own key, is there a snib lock/bolt/chain you can use?
As everyone has said, it’s against THS’s T&Cs. Only cleaners and gardeners may attend the property during a sit and even then it must be clearly stated in the original listing.

Here is the THS policy - send it to the homeowners and ask them to stop anyone from “visiting “ whilst you are House sitting.
