When I am interested in a sit I thoroughly read the listing and reviews and then go to check the reviews the owners have left. When there are no reviews left I also like to track the sitter’s reviews and try to find a pattern. Yesterday, I tried to do that but nothing happened when I pressed the sitter’s image, I have tried again today and still doesn’t work. Is it my app that’s not working properly or is it a change THS has introduced? It would be funny that instead of making the missing reviews more transparent for HOs, as we have been asking, they were now making it more obscure for everyone. I would just like to know if you have noticed that too. I have found a way around it but I don’t want to share it here because I feel THS may be doing this on purpose. ---

@Newpetlover is this for one sitter or for all previous sitters ? I have noticed this occasionally and assume that the sitter is no longer a member or has asked for their profile to be deleted . ---

It’s not that. This is new. It happens with every sitter. I check the review they left (or didn’t leave) for the owner and then go to see what review the owner left for them, I can see that but I can’t move to see if those sitters have a pattern of not leaving reviews. I used to be able to do that on the app but I can’t anymore. Is it just my app? ---

Yes, I’ve noticed the same. It is with every sitter, and has been this way atleast couple of weeks. Super frustrating! ---

So glad I read this thread as I can’t see sitter reviews of other homeowners. I thought it was me and couldn’t remember what to do.🤪🤪
