Hi All, Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a sitter review changed or deleted - I inadvertently gave our last sitters a three star rating for cleanliness when I meant to give them five stars - I returned from our trip away with Lyme’s Disease caused by a tick bite in Scotland, and reviewed their sit on my phone when not feeling too well. I’ve tried the chatbot but to no avail.

If it was done by accident you can reach out to support and ask that it be corrected. Think this is only if you want to improve a rating; if you left 5* but meant to leave 3* don’t think they would change it. But this happened to me and the HO got it updated. Email support@trustedhousesitters.com with a snapshot of the review and the other parties profile name.
Just send an email to THS support@trustedhousesitterscom.zendesk.com.
Last year they fixed it for me really quickly.
