Hi, I want to apply for my two free lounge passes but it says in the instructions to contact Membership Services to get them. How do I do this? I tried using the virtual assistant (which is what the written instructions said to do- to press the chat button). This was worse than useless. It kept repeating questions I had already answered and when I asked to be put in touch with a human I was told they were too busy. Can anyone explain how I can go about getting my lounge passes? Thanks for any advice.
