There is no deactivation so to speak, you will be cancelling your membership. So if you cancel you lose whatever months/days you have left on your membership.
If you decide to “rejoin” you will pay a full year’s subscription once again. All your reviews and everything on your previous account will still be there for two years after cancellation so you don’t lose anything - apart from your outstanding months. So…
Deactivating your account effectively closes your account and you won’t be able to log in. This also effectively cancels your membership plan. Your account information will be saved

You can’t deactivate your account, just don’t use it. You will remain a member till your membership runs out.
