I just checked mine and it has the same lock image. I think it’s to tie in with the wording (unlock). My referral code still shows on the website and the app. I haven’t used mine in a long while so I can’t vouch for them still working generally.
Thanks for checking that. So the lock is just marketing. Hopefully someone can shed light on links stopping working.
Cant you just resend the link fresh? My friend sent me her link multiple times before I actually pulled the trigger and signed up. I didnt got to old link, just asked for new and didnt have issues when it was freshly sent. This was about 14 months ago.
They were trying to sign up but the link simply didn’t work. I will reach out to support and see what’s up.
I’ve been a sitter for eleven years with THS and a friend just joined a couple of weeks ago using my referral link and had no problem. I think I cut and pasted my link and texted it directly to my friend.
I do the same but I think there is a bug. I emailed support. We shall see.

Some people can use the QR image others can’t and all in the same day, so I send the link instead. It’s the discount code links that I send not the link to my own profile.
