We’re first-timers and recently had our confirmed sitter cancel. We have less than 3 weeks until the sit and I’d like to boost the listing. I feel like a complete idiot because I unintentionally used our 1 Boost immediately upon listing, not realizing it was a one-time thing. My question: if we upgrade our membership, do we get another Boost? Unlimited boosting? I haven’t been able to find the answer (perhaps I’m not looking in the right place).
I can’t answer you since I’m not an HO, but did you try contacting support and explaining what happened? I would hope they would boost since it should be obvious that it was an error.
Contact support and let them know you used your boost before you realised what it was for and explain your situation, I’m not saying they will give you it again for free, but they do giveaway the odd freebie when there is a simply innocent reasoning for things behind things. They are usually pretty good like that.
Am pretty sure the other way around it is to pause the listing, make a couple of tweaks and then relist it and it will go to “new sit” and therefore be seen first @Southernkell #trythatonetoo
Hi @Southernkell, instead of upgrading your membership, all you need to do is remove your dates for a brief period (5 minutes) then repost them. This will make your listing New again. You can do this as often as you want to without paying more money to upgrade.
