Just jumping in again after watching Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die. What could possibly go wrong 
I am with you!!! I am not a sitter but a HO and I hope my dog had all the attention it needed when sit because she used to ate everything in her way edible or not. I can’t really understand why people have on their phones ALL the times! Walking the dog is enjoying the walk and pushing a child in a buggy is engaging with the child and showing it ‘things’ and talking to it. I am very sorry and don’t want to offend anyone but there was a time - not too long ago - where we didn’t have such phones and nothing horrible happened while we couldn’t reached for half an hour or so. BTW - my own husband is addicted to that thing…
I get cross when I see people scrolling while dog walking. I’ve seen dogs start to toilet and end up being dragged along, which is not right. Also I am always checking for people, dogs etc when I’m walking. I only take my phone as I twisted my ankle once and had to call a friend. Otherwise my phone would remain home while I’m walking v my dogs.
We get many residents doing that in our playing field. Maybe why we are getting more dog poo not being picked up. They are not paying attention so their dog poos. Makes me really cross. Usually the younger generations …
Also sniffing, which is so important, and get dragged away. But then there are dogs who sniff for ages every foot which can be annoying
Don’t blame it on the young, I’ve seen plenty of older people too
TOTALLY when i see it with a dog! Thought I was the only one lol
I definitely get upset when a parent/caregiver chooses to be on a phone instead of engaging with the child. Of course, sometimes it’s an emergency or something that can’t be helped. But I find that most are just people choosing their device over their child, and it’s sad. It’s even worse when they put a device in their child’s hands to distract them so that they themselves can be on their own. Sad society we’re in now; tech has taken over and many are just allowing it.
