Hi I feel positive that I am getting notified about sits that I did not favorite, however they show as my favorites when I click on the notification.
For example this afternoon I was notified about a sit in Orlando Florida. I am absolutely 99.999% sure that I did not favorite any sits in Florida. I’m definitely not interested in going to Florida.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes - it tends to be that the HO have moved house. You previously favourited the sit when they used to live in XYZ place. I usually can double check through the previous sitter comments.
This is the most likely solution. We had a sit in Hammersmith London that now shows as Montreal as the owners moved. I imagine the same thing would happen to lidtings favorited.
I was also notified a few times about “favourited” listings in the US and we for sure are not looking to go there at the moment or in the future. Weird but I thought it might be some kind of glitch in the app. I didn’t check the reviews though, so it might be that homeowners have move house, I’ll have a look next time.
