Now you have added the Guest & Pet Policy for Pet parents this would be useful for Pet Sitters too. We have a search saved but this comes up with sits that state Sitters cannot bring pets which means there is no point in us applying. Quite frustrating to have these come up when we are searching as we will need to bring our own dog with us. Similarly allowing to filter by Guests Allowed and/or families welcome would be good too

The new system does actually have a section on the listing for what you are looking for - guests allowed and families as long as approved by homeowner. Have a look at a random listing and it will show that.
Yes, but the request is to add it to Search so those listings that don’t allow them don’t have to be waded through if you need to bring your own pet/guests.
