Thank you @KittySitter I appreciate your kind words! Oh and I am totally stealing your verbiage regarding the sheets and linens 😃 It perfectly explains my preference!

I have my first sit in my new home beginning today. No more apartment life. I’m a little nervous but it’s a short sit and my sitter seems pretty awesome! I truly can’t believe how different this feels as a homeowner versus a renter.

As hubby is a retired engineer- we’ve fixed a few things like taps/door handles etc. We also broke something plastic and simple but managed to order an identical item via Amazon so replaced it….without drama.
