Glitch in the System

I had the very annoying experience of composing an application letter, clicking on “apply now” only to receive the message, “This homeowner is currently not looking for a sitter.” The listing still remains up with the available dates. Why?? I suggest before writing your application letter, you click on “apply now” to make sure the sit is really available. @Therese-Moderator , would you please look into this?:

UPDATE: The above happened on the website. On the app, it allowed me to compose my letter, check off the dates, but nothing happens when I click on “confirm and send.” Very frustrating.
