I am having trouble inviting sitters. When I push the invite button, the next screen has greyed out and I can’t proceed. It’s not because the sitter has applied for another sit during this time. They have only applied to my sit. I know this because I have been texting them. This is the second time it has happened and the help desk has not been able to figure out what is going on. Has anyone else had this problem? ---

Are the dates after your membership expires ? Do you have auto renew set up ? ---

I’m having problems too. I have several applications sent, none of which have been read which is unusual. If just one or two remained unread it wouldn’t seem too odd, but 4 of them? What’s going on? Is it the app or just my account? I tried reaching helpdesk but couldn’t get a human. ---

Mine are read. I interviewed the sitter and they want the sit, it’s just not possible for me to invite on the platform. What is going on?! ---

Is one of you have their previous messages archived? If the conversation is archived private invites are automatically declined thanks to the new inbox improvement. ---

No. I don’t actually know what that means. I’m following the regular procedures, after I invite the sitter, the next screen asks me to pick which date , I have 3, and the date the sitter has agreed to is grayed out, as is the “next “ button. This is the second time this has happened to me. Any recommendations appreciated ---

I’ve sent a couple of messages to HO’s I’ve been chatting with as well as having sent an application with a message and they’re all “unread”, which is rather unusual!
