# HO with two listings

I’ve been searching for listings in a specific area, and I noticed that there is an HO (a couple) who has created a second profile/ account for their home with similar/ overlapping dates listed. Their original profile has mostly good reviews and one scathing review, so I can only assume their second one is a workaround to the review system, the application limit, or both.  
Either way, it seems a bit… disingenuous.

Is this permissible? In general, is there a way to flag profiles if something is off?
