Home & contents protection

On my dashboard, Home & Contents Protection is shown as not covered. How do I remedy this as the coverage is included in my membership as a standard pet parent member. My listing is currently active and I have just confirmed a sitter.

I would definitely reach out to membership services and choose the chat option, (ask to speak to a human), as they could then investigate this for you.
