My husband is allergic to cats. How do we edit our profile to remove cats from our list of pets that we can care for.
Hello @J_Heeke ,you can’t remove cats from your profile per se, but what you can do is click on your picture on the website, go to your profile and click on experience. Under pets you’ve cared for you can remove cats (make sure it’s not selected). People will think that you have no experience with cats and that may eliminate invitations from cat owners (maybe). In addition, you can include a statement under experience that you are unable to care for cats due to an allergy to cat dander.
When you are searching for sits, click on pets , select those pets you would like to care for but don’t select cats. This should show you listings that do not include cats.

That said, it won’t stop people from reaching out to you necessarily.
You can also deselect cats when you’re searching for sits.
