Given that you’re receiving emails about an unfinished listing, odds are you missed something.
If the THS software has automatically determined your listing isn’t ready to be published, then it won’t be active, no one will see it and that explains the non responses.
I suggest, if you’re on a computer, to refresh your browser cache and take another look at each and every section. If there’s information in the email specifically pertaining to what’s missing, share it here on the forum and we’ll try to help you out.
But honestly this sounds like a “you” problem not a platform issue.
There’s a refund policy which allows for a return of your membership fees if you don’t secure a sitter within a certain time period after applying I think it’s 2 weeks.
To Contact member services - go to live chat in the Help section and ask to speak to a human ( not the chat bot

Sounds like you’ve missed a step in the process. Did you add your dates? Do you have the required amount of photos of home and pets? Does your listing say it is Live?
Honestly for short sits (2-3 nights) I think hiring help is easier. For this sit you could hire someone through Rover and get yourself better prepared for next time. You can request a refund within 14 days but I’m not sure that applies if your listing never went live.
