Sorry but it’s escaping me. The mail says via my profile and I’ve got that open in preview and see no way to reply. If I ask to edit profile I also don’t find the way.
Better than responding to the review is to leave feedback on the host page for future sitters to know about your experience. Just go to the Me section on the app, scroll down & click on ‘feedback’- then chose your host! Ofcourse you can also respond directly to the host review on your own page- but future sitters won’t see that.

Click on your name icon on the top right and a drop-down menu will appear
Select ‘reviews’ then ‘reviews about you’
Click on the review you would like to reply to
You can also select feedback from the drop-down menu as @Lokstar mentioned as that is super helpful to the owner and future sitters.

They are two different things - the reply to her review is what future owners will see.

thank you - the email to sitters should be edited to make this clear; it only says ‘You can post a reply to your review which will also be displayed on your profile, if you wish.’

Yes- (replying to hosts) is useful especially if the host has reviewed unfairly and you want future hosts to know the truth!
