Is feedback removed after 2 years non subscription?

Hey, could someone from THS clarify if we retain any feedback on our own sitter profiles if we don’t pay for subscription fees over a period of time?

Previously I’ve seen mention that all feedback will be removed from your own account after 2 years without payment. Is this still the case, or is there a way to retain the feedback should we wish to subscribe again after 2 years?

If you do not remain members for a while, the best solution would probably be to screenshot your reviews.

I asked the team, and they’ve confirmed that all details would remain on your profile unless deleted by the team.
