Issues with confirming sit

Has anyone experienced problems with receiving a pet owners invitation to a sit in the app? My calendar is showing green on my end but on the pet owner’s end, the dates are showing unavailable. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you entered anything into your calendar yourself, @JBGates ?

Are the dates beyond your membership expiry date ? Do you have auto renew turned on ?

My membership is up to date.

All dates are green on my side of the calendar.

I had the same problem about a month ago and posted about it. The homeowner needs to reorganize their listing photos into the new mandatory categories. Otherwise the listing will remain inactive and they can’t invite you. They should also check the Sit Essentials category, when I was resolving my issue that section was not live, but that could be another mandatory THS change that was not communicated to the HOs.
