Hiya. Has anyone else had trouble with this?
Yep, awhile ago I loaded it a few times before it finally changed. Don’t know why I just kept persevering and eventually it worked. Such a “smooth and seamless experience”
yes , we are unable to change the cover picture , cannot delete old pictures , and our profile is frozen because we can add a bathroom photo . We need to get sits but can’t as there is no effective support , very unhappy with the service.

just to update the chat. I had a call back from Amy and she was very helpful. In listings if you don’t provide the minimum number or required pictures, I hadn’t provided a picture of the bathroom, this prevents you from making any other changes to the listing. Unfortunately it doesn’t give you any reason why changes are not saved which is very frustrating. Amy said that the web team are working on this glitch. Thanks to Amy I have been able to complete my listing.
