Listing stuck in review

I joined a couple of days ago and posted my first listing for an upcoming trip. I am unsure if I will gain any interest due to living in a more rural area so I wanted to get my listing up right away to be able to cancel within the 14 days if I don’t get any applications.

However, it says that my listing is still in review before going live. It says this can take up to 12 hours, but it’s been nearly two days and no change. Please help.

@musicalrainbows , Glad to see your listing has been approved and is live now.

We sit in rural places all of the time in the UK. We much prefer rural over urban.

Different sitters prefer different things, but yes there are less applications for rural sits, over tourist destinations, but all that means is that you need to allow a little more time, so posting months in advance of your dates helps, rather than last-minute.

Rural sits often draw fewer applicants, so better for you to list with significant lead time each time you have a sit.
