Anyone else having log in issues today (Sept. 1, 2026)? It keeps sending me a verification code that isn’t valid.
Also, I’ve tried the chat box several times with no successful answers. And it won’t even tell me if there’s a system issue or not. I do have a request in for a live member services agent, but that is taking forever. So I wanted to check in here to see if anyone else is having issues or knows what is happening. Thanks!

Thanks, @Sam_F ! However, it has actually now been resolved. When I tried again about an hour after I posted here, I finally received a verification code that worked. And I’m sorry I hadn’t updated in here yet.
I’m guessing there were some issues this morning that got resolved. Because it seemed that Member Services was super busy, as that’s what the AI chat said, and they never even replied in the chat. I just tried logging in again after waiting a while, and I was able to get a verification code that worked.
