Hi all. I’m new. A family member referred me, and she is having positive experiences with Trusted Housesitters. I’m looking for a sitter for 1-3 weeks. Any advice on my post would be greatly appreciated. I have 2 easy to care for cats. Thanks.

Nice listing - maybe just be aware of possible things that may put people off applying that you may be able to amend:
Being asked to bring your own pillows. Many sitters are perpetual travellers so are not going to be able to do that. Buying a couple of spare pillows isn’t much of an expense for you.
“Turtle wakes me up with a paw on my cheek or tickling me with her whiskers around 6am”. Having pets in the bedroom is very much a no no for lots of people, especially those who are light sleepers. And 6am is very early for many. Is it possible to shut the bedroom door?
Taking cats for walks isn’t something you often see included in listings, and when it is required, it’s usually specified that they should be walked on a leash. Responsible sitters take pet care very seriously, so they may feel nervous about the potential risk of the cats getting lost, especially if they’re unsure whether the cats will actually walk with a stranger.
Perhaps it would be helpful to clarify whether this exercise is optional?
In addition to what others have mentioned, I would break the listing into paragraphs to make it more readable. It is a wall of text now.
I’d also change the headline. The names of the cats are not relevant to attract sitters (although they are cute names!). State something important that isn’t obvious from the thumbnail that sitters see. In your case, I would start with “Flex dates in walkable area” or similar.
I would remove the “I’ll allow you…” to use your bed, like you are doing sitters a huge favor. Just say “You can use my bed if you prefer”
