Welcome- before I ever applied for a sit I must have read 1000 comments on various threads and written myself a checklist of dos/don’ts.
One thing that puzzled me initially was having a Forum Profile distinct from my actual THS website profile. I’d say that quite a few other things were counter intuitive too…I’ve recently coached a new Home Owner (HO) from joining THS to setting up their profile and their listing…. these are intelligent people and they also found it tricky. Just ask questions- lots of people know stuff and can help. You’ll start to spot a handful whose advice you can trust.

Welcome, glad you joined. Reading first is honestly the best way to learn here, so you’re already doing it right. Jump in when something clicks for you, people are generally helpful and real about their experiences.
