Sometimes when I use photo function to take & send a photo, it does not show on my end & I’m not sure if it’s sent. Anyone else experience this? I don’t want Host to think I’m not communicating.
Hi @catsy, do you mean through THS chat/inbox? It should be a glitch then.
I can track any pictures shared since I started using the app, even if the threads are archived.

I sent a few to Host & they said they received 2 of them. None of them show in my thread.
You can try to uninstall/reinstall the app to see if it gets sorted (if we are talking about the mobile app)
In case that it persists, you can contact the support team and ask them to fix it for you

Various members have mentioned problems with the platform, so many quickly transition to WhatsApp or texts, especially for updates during sits.
I’m another whatsapp fan, we swap mobile numbers as soon as things are agreed, and then everything is on whatsapp, so its in one place, photo’s, messages, the lot.
There are better app for this out there like Time to Pet. But since THS doesn’t seem to be investing in better apps, the best idea is to communicate off the app using direct text, WhatsApp, or something else agreed on by both parties.
I haven’t done a sit or invited a sitter without using something other than the app. I get that a lot of people want to preserve some sense of privacy, but as a homeowner I would never invite a sitter into my home if I could only communicate with them through the app. And as a sitter I would never consider the app sufficient to communicate with a homeowner – especially in an emergency.
