My friends wanted to write references so that I could add to my profile but when they want to submit it : the message is : forbidden
As I 'm a new pet sitter, these references are essential in my profile. Would you be king enough please to help me and my friends to submit their references to my profile.

Have you joined i.e. paid a membership fee?
Yes I have paid the membership fee and I have written a email to the support
My friends seem to be blocked and cannot end filling up the submit reference procedure as you cans see in the document attached.

It says the reference should be min 200 characters and according to the numbers in the box, it is only 139? I think they just need to write a bit more!
