My confirmed sitter has cancelled my mid-September, 2 week sit. Getting nervous that there is no interest. Understood, I am not in the 2 week urgent mode yet. Please critique my profile/ listing for any problems I don’t see
Looks like a nice sit to me. Very reasonable in balance of free time. You may want to add if there is public transportation near by or is a car needed. I like when hosts list what to visit in the area. Are there museums, great hikes, etc. Something you would recommend of interest. Sorry applicants are low but the non US citizens here will tell you they will not be traveling to the US right now.

I would change the first photo to be the one of the 2 dogs together. Sitters might be deterred by the idea of 2 dogs, but if they can immediately see that they are small dogs, it could be more appealing.
You can also make the sit headline more punchy. Tell us something that stands out, e.g, “Family-friendly house, 30 mins from beaches.”
I think your profile looks great - beautiful spacious home, adorable pups. The photos of the home are perfect. Clean, clear of clutter and very inviting! The main photo of the house would have us stop and investigate, so I’d keep it. IMO
I just think there are some areas/towns/cities where there are more sits than sitters and you really need someone who has their own car. That limits the pool of applicants.
Are bicycles available? If so, please mention that. We are the type to always look for bikes!
I’d add where the dogs sleep (not all sitters wish to sleep with pets) and if they are barkers. Small dogs can be prone to barking often at many things - that is usually our deterrent for small dogs, though I love their sweet faces, their hyper sensitivity to little things wears me down if they are very vocal. So if they are very chill and quiet, I’d add that piece.

It looks like you just let the sit go live again after the sitter cancelled so now you have the low applications badge and are sitting at the bottom of sits in your area. That’s how the TH software “works”.
You have zero applications so you can delete your dates and then repost. That’ll ping sitters who have either saved your profile or who have a saved search that matches your sit.
By removing your dates and re-posting them, it will make your sit New again so sitters will see it. Looks a lovely sit. You’ve been given a few ideas to make a couple of tweaks. Best of luck!
You’re intro should be a little more about yourselves, things whereby the sitter feels like they know you, people naturally want to help people they like. Your location is lacking, because you’ve put in location things in your intro instead.
Also for the location, include how far the shop is if it’s within walking distance, how many minutes walk?
Your title is very weak, you’ve got “Come stay in my colonial home. It comes with 3 small comfort support animals.”
But the first 6 or so words matter most as the rest is sometimes cut off in the big list of all sits nearby… until a sitter chooses to click to read more, and “come stay in my” tells me nothing. It’s a waste of good word space.
Also “It comes with 3 small comfort support animals” also reveals nothing, because a sitter instantly sees the little dog and cat logo with the number of each pet straight away when they scroll the big list of sits available in your area, so you’ve repeated things a sitter already knows about you.
So, instead of:
“Come stay in my colonial home. It comes with 3 small comfort support animals.”
Just stick to the great selling-points:
Beautiful colonial home, small friendly pets, pretty views (if there are any views).
The word ‘small’ in the title should help because it indicates your pets are low maintenance without you saying it, so it attracts more sitters in general, over big muddy paws, larger damp dogs, and longer dog walks. Which we love, but some don’t.
