Questions about Premium Lounge Passes

I currently have the Premium Pet Parent plan and am considering upgrading to the Premium Pet Parent + Sitter plan (to host + sit for others). Both say they come with 2 Global Lounge passes, so does that mean having the dual membership comes with 4 total lounge passes?
A few related questions: Do the lounge passes have to be used in pairs, or can they be used individually? If I’m traveling alone can I use 1 of the lounge passes on 1 trip and the other on a different trip?
What has everyone’s experiences been like coordinating the lounge passes? Is it easy to schedule? Are the lounges nice? Are there lots of lounges to pick from?

We have premium and have used them in Istanbul and Bangkok so far. Both excellent, Qatar soon. Would have cost $59 and $76 pp respectively so well worth it @kayla.myhre2 They can be used as pairs or in singles. It’s two per year per membership. Don’t know the answer about dual being four, best to ask MS to clarify. Hope that helps. #premiumperks

Great questions @kayla.myhre2. My hunch is that the dual membership will still only be 2 lounge passes. I agree with @Cuttlefish that it would be best to seek answers from Membership Services but please do come back and tell us the answers. Cheers.

Hi! I don’t know about the dual membership but as a premium pet parent member we get two. The booking process is very easy and there are a lot of lounges to choose from. You can use the passes separately. I travel twice a year and I choose to use mine for one leg of the trip in Christmas and the other in summer, for example.

We have dual premium membership and you only get 2 lounge passes, not 4. You can use 1 at a time for 2 separate lounge accesses or if you are couple like us, you have to use your 2 passes for 1 lounge access then no more after that until you renew your membership. We plan to downgrade our membership next month as the 2 lounge passes and cancellation insurance is not worth it for us.
