It seems THS has increased its fees by 40%

THS charges now for Premium dual membership 379 € instead of 279 only 1 year ago ! Why ?

I thought prices were identical for members who renew automatically. ..

Am I wrong ?

My membership was automatically renewed last month, exactly the same as the previous years. They might have made a mistake, thats a big increase. Did you get any notification of this?

I’m really sorry to hear about this - I’ve sent you a DM to let you know how we can help.

In general, any member receiving a price increase would be notified with at least 30 days’ notice before their renewal date.

It’d be great to get the team to find out what’s happened here, so hopefully I’ll hear from you soon!

I suggest everyone checks their membership status (under Settings).
It should state when it will renew and at what price. Take a screenshot in case anything changes.

Make a diary note (for a couple of weeks before renewal) to take off auto renew (if you are able) and you will probably be offered a discount. This has been the case for me over the last 13 years even though they state the discount is only valid once.

My current subscription doesn’t renew until March 2027.

Previously it wouldn’t let me turn off auto-renew because I had sits booked out past my Jan 2026 renewal date (I didn’t know this was a “thing” at the time.) As I currently don’t have any sits scheduled past August I decided to turn it off now, so I’ll at least have the option to decide for 2027 — & it just offered me a 20% discount to leave auto-renew on.

If membership prices are expected to keep rising, I suggest anyone who’s planning to renew consider locking in the discounted rate/offer sooner rather than later. (And if you plan to actually cancel, be sure not to book any sits past your next renewal date.)
