I need to reopen applications for my Sit as two applications have found sits. Do you know how to do this? Pic of terriers for attention.

We need an Owner to pop on and tell you exactly what this looks like on your THS app, but if you received 5 applications, your listing automatically “paused,” and you would need to decline the 2 applicants who found other sits and then “unpause” your listing. You can also decline other applicants who are definitely unsuitable.
Once you publish a listing with active dates, only one of three things can happen to close the listing, otherwise it remains open and available:
- You find a sitter, press the confirm sitter button and they also confirm on their end. This is an accepted and finalized sit.
- You receive 5 or more applicants, then the listing automatically goes I pause. You can either confirm one of the 5 applicants (same as number 1 above) or decline one or more (or all) of the applicants and unpause the listing so it’s available again to receive more applicants.
- You can delete the dates, re-enter the same or different dates, and re-publish the listing.
If you only had 2 applicants, your sit is likely still active. In the app, click on ‘Sits’ and it would show up as an unconfirmed sit. If for some reason it went inactive, you can delete the dates, re-enter and publish again. Some people like to do this if their sit hasn’t received an application in awhile, to make it a ‘new’ listing again.
