A pet parent left a 4 star review for cleanliness by mistake. Can she change that somehow (she’s asking).
Yes if she gets in touch with membership services, they will alter the star rating. I know a host did that for me once via the online chat system. That is probably the easiest though I imagine if they emailed or called, they could do it that way too.

Not true, I’ve recently had a review changed. They just need to be persistent, try the live chat first, then email them.
