I have tried to plug in a long date range for a particular location because I am wanting to see an art show at a museum and am could plan my trip according to the sit. However on two different desktop computers now, I cannot give a multiple month date range into the search. It doesn’t take. My dates are October 5th 2026 through March 7th 2027. Is it not working due to being so far in the future? I cannot figure out how to do this. I wish there were a way to just type in the dates instead of dragging them across the calendar displayed. Is there a workaround?
It’s not too far in the future at all. On the resumption you’re using the app, use a laptop instead.
You simply click on the start date, you click on the end date, and you can also save those dates, so it’s saved ready for the next time you look whether you look on the app or laptop.
If you’re already using a laptop, then contact the support team, it’s working fine for me, I’ve just tried it. So the glitch is with you.
Hi HappyDeb - you know what? You solved my issue in the simplest way. I did say I was using a desktop (laptop), but I was trying to click and drag the dates. Your instruction was just to select them once, start and finish, and voila-- that worked!
