Hi

Whenever I try to search by dates the screen just goes blank. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

I just checked for you on the website and had no problem.

No problem on the iOS app either.

I notice random blanks or buffering with the heart that goes nowhere a fair bit. Annoying and shows were our $$$ aren’t going.

Yes its still happening.

I’ve tried uninstalling the app but it hasn’t made any difference

I raised a bug report with the team to see if they can help, and I let them know about the feedback @Maggie8K and @Cathie shared here too.

I’ll come back to you if I get any updates.

I have this happen frequently. I’m on the app on Android/Samsung phone. It’s as if the app gets my search request and goes to search but gets distracted by a thought and just has a blank stare aka empty white screen.
