Hello Pet owners and hosts,
I was trying to send my very first set of pet sitters my welcome guide by following the directions on here, but they couldn’t receive it directly through the house sitter portal. I tried several times as it also said that it HAS been sent. but in fact, they never got it. So… I sent it to them directly from my email to their email. Theres got to be an easier way. I also sent it to them via my iphone, but that didn’t work either. A glitch? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks, Grace
@Grace1215 is the sit appearing on your dashboard as a confirmed sit ?
Check that their membership or yours hasn’t lapsed….

it appears on the sit page .
They need to click into the sit and then they should be able to see it .
Like @Silversitters said, nudge them to check their dashboard. On the website, it looks like this (similar on the app):

This isn’t their first sit, so I would imagine they know where to find it. Ugh. I just emailed it to them using Gmail. It makes things tough when this site doesn’t cooperate.
