Would it be possible @Mark_B @Jenny to pin this topic?
There are several ongoing issues with regard to functionality of the site.
Personally my profile is still showing incorrect reviews, number and type of pets. Others are having issues with mapping, filters, searches etc.
Could any updates be kept here in one place?

There appears to be a lot of individual issues with regard to reviews being passed back to the team.
As this is a far bigger problem than a few individuals wouldn’t it make sense to update the whole forum rather than the individuals reporting back to us?

I absolutely confirm, there have been too many issues.
Beside the mapping and the reviews, this evening I’ve been experiencing one more issue.
When trying to find house sittings from the website, this is what I get:

Some or all of these issues are affecting many if not all members?
We are lucky that we are aware of them on the Forum but goodness knows what members are making of it all if they are not on the Forum.

Where possible, the forum team will share updates and information with the community.
Forums are a great place to understand if others are having similar experiences, find help, advice and even workarounds from other members.

The forum team highlight key themes being discussed in the forum, will escalate key issues to try to support members, though the forum team aren’t able to provide the same support as Membership Services.
