Hey everyone!
I just wanted to share some love for my hosts! This is my fourth time with this lovely couple! Every time I arrive, they send a sweet text letting me know they’re on their way out, and I’m greeted with a little note and a thank-you gift. Usually a gift card to the local grocery store-my heart melts at their thoughtfulness! It really makes me feel appreciated!
Their home is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bed is enormous; it feels like I’m swimming just to get out of it! The kitchen is fully equipped, which makes it easy to whip up any meal. They even provide special instructions for some appliances to help keep everything in top shape. At one point I texted them to ask for the location of some extra blankets because we hadn’t discussed the use of their thermostat -their house was freezing! They IMMEDIATELY called me to insist that I make myself comfortable and noted that they have a very efficient climate control system for their home. How thoughtful is that?
The location is perfect, right near attractions, gyms, and stores. And handing off keys is super easy. They’re also generous with what’s in the fridge; I’m free to help myself to any fruits, meats, or leftovers—they’re such great cooks!
I settled in quickly and felt at home almost immediately. Communication has been fantastic; I always keep my phone close in case there’s a package delivery or if they need something. I send them nightly updates—like when I bring in the mail, take out the trash, or even a photo of a happy plant!
I just want to express my gratitude to all the hosts out there who create such welcoming spaces. It really shows what being part of this community is all about!
