Sitter has doxxed a HO on Reddit

A sitter has gone to Reddit to ask for advice, in the process of me disagreeing with her, she not only called me names but tried to dox me - writing clearly the name and town of a HO - who is NOT me, and in the process accused this HO of “having a distinct tone and runs her mouth” on social platforms.

I didn’t agree with this sitters on Reddit, so while I might not have tack, she called me names and then tried unsuccessfully to dox me. Now some poor HO has her name and town on Reddit, and the sitter is correct, the wrong HO is easily findable. Id like to report this to THS, and I think I found the name of the sitter (but I’d never dox her online!). What’s my next steps?
