Snowy pets

Snow in southern England is rare so we like to enjoy it whilst we can, Zorro playing frisbee.

How lovely! I’d be happy doing this with a high visibility Black dog too!

Here is Spain we have a day of rain.. Neither of us want to go out for long!

I came up to Haworth this morning, it was under debate all weekend as it is high up and I was here 3 years ago and it took 2 hours to get the last 7 miles to the house and then I was snowed in for a few days. I could have stayed at home but as the roads were clear we decided to go ahead. They have left loads of food, I brought things from home and it’s very picturesque, just one nice cat and a lovely warm home. It does show you that you always need a plan b. Not much snow but more to come!

wuthering Heights. Emily Brontë knew about the local weather too!

How special your sit location is and that you don’t need to feel bad about not going out with the dog!

Enjoy! I’ve only visited in the summer! The vicarage must have been so cold in winter!

Bleakness but beautiful too! Stay warm!

Love this topic @BonnyinBrighton :cold_face::snowman:

Snow is such a novelty for so many of us.

We were caught out once in Flower Mound, Texas — November of all months — when a sudden cold snap froze the water feature straight into the swimming pool.

Kitty the cat (very much like us) was deeply unimpressed.

Buster the doggo, of course, was living his absolute best life — charging around, burying his face in the snow, and clearly thinking this was the greatest thing ever.

Funny how predictable they are.
