Hello All,
At our last meeting we asked everyone to come up with a suggestion for the book that will follow _The Housesitter’s Guide to the Galaxy._
@cuttlefish posed the question, “What is your favorite book?” So I’m putting it out there:

My favourite book always was & still is, the original & unabridged version of Black Beauty by Anna Sewell.
Having said that, I do enjoy Kathy Reichs & Patricia Cornwell

Also loved Middlesex @Maeve - Shantaram as has been noted before too many times 🤣 Brixton Beach by Roma Tearne is also a favourite & Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara is an incredible read if you’re feeling strong 💪🏼

Shantaram is still one of my favourite books of all time! I’ve read it twice and it 1000 pages long! Anyone with even the tiniest bit of interest in India should read it. Its the perfect ‘long sit’ read! 🙏

The Women also has a 4.7 rating on Good Reads . I have yet to read it.
